Another one in the books!

We have finished spraying and fertilizing the course for winter. The next step will be to install our winter covers. The forecast is for snow on the weekend which hopefully does not stick around because we still have a few tasks to complete this fall. We need to resod the left side range tees as well as some other areas around the course. The asphalt contractor has assured me that the paving around the first tee/practice tee area will be completed this fall. Curbing and sod tie in will now most likely be put off until the spring unless we get some good weather. This is also true for the cart path on #3 since the same contractor is doing both jobs. The holdup has been the asphalt contractor. Other than that, the third hole is doing very well. The green has virtually 100% grass cover and the pond is holding water. We are still on schedule to open the third hole sometime next spring.
