| #16 fairway - dry after last night's rain |
Quite a lightning show last night but no damage to the course or our irrigation system which is always a concern when there is that much lightning. The newly installed drains on #16 and #9 are working very well. Remember that new sod is by definition ground under repair. Please don't play, drive, or walk on it.
We are now working on #8 fairway. This work will address the perennial wet spot in the gully approximately 100 yards from the green. We will then be moving to #1 and #2. Thank you for your patience in this time of improvements.
