Spring Update #4

While the recent weather pattern has been disappointing, it has not deterred us from continuing to work towards getting the course ready for play.  Speaking of which:

#7 greening up slowly

As you can see, things have greened up quite a bit but we are still behind where we would normally expect to be at this time of year.  We have not mowed any of our turf yet but will be doing so over the weekend and into early next week.  

REMINDER:  We are aerating all of the greens starting today.  This is with large diameter holes and plenty of sand topdressing.  We do not do this type of aeration during the golf season any more so even though we will start on aerated greens, they will be improving every day.
