Golf Course Master Plan Added

I've added the hole by hole description of the Golf Course Master Plan to the sidebar on the right. This document was produced by Doug Carrick in November 2003. There is a large drawing that goes along with the text but it is too big to easily view on a web page. There is a copy in my office if you would like to see it.
