Pond Liner

The lining of the pond commenced yesterday. The lining material is called bentofix. It is basically a powdered clay material inside a woven fabric. When the clay powder gets wet, it expands and forms a seal. The liner gets covered by about one foot of soil to hold it in place. For those interested in more information their website is http://www.bentofix.com/

The rest of the work on #3 should take about two weeks to complete at which time, we will be able to use the cart path again. The green continues to grow in nicely and we are still on track for opening the hole sometime in the the spring of 2009.
