It's been a while since my last update and we have been busy! We are currently on #14 and after that there are about 18 bunkers left. This is behind the original schedule we had hoped to meet but the contractor has added more machinery and employees as we push to finish the job in November. We have temporarily abandoned installing sand because the limiting factor is the availability of sod. We want to have all of the bunkers shaped, drained, and sodded as quickly as possible. Sand can then be installed later this year even if the ground is frozen. I've attached pictures of some of the work completed to date. The results are excellent and we are truly transforming the look of the course. It's amazing how the new bunkers frame the holes and really make everything look more attractive.
