Still Waiting

The 9th green has gone backwards due to the cold temperatures.

The cold snap last week turned everything a little browner in colour. Areas that were starting to come around have now gone backwards. I fear that some of the grass that was hanging on by a thread has been killed but I won't know until later this week when things start to warm up again.

It is still too early to tell when we may open. In order for us to open for play, the grass must be actively growing to be able to recuperate from golfer traffic.

Hopefully, the warm weather forecasted later this week will get us back on track.
